These funky amazing cupcakes are sure to be a hit at any party, their unique design gives a broken glass look to them. They are great for kids parties all the way up to social events. Truly the cupcake for anything. Topped with cream cheese icing and jolly rancher toppings you can’t go wrong! Below I will teach you how to make these cupcakes step by step.

Broken glass candy topping ingredients and supplies:

  • Jolly Ranchers Hard Candy
  • Cooking Pan
  • Oven
  • Parchment Paper

Vanilla Cupcake Ingredients and supplies:

  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 Table Spoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
  • Baking pan
  • Oven
  • Cupcake liners

Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients and supplies:

  • 2 Cups Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 a cup salted butter
  • As much powdered sugar as needed I used roughly 2-5 cups of it depending on what kind of consistency I want.

How to make the Broken Glass Toping:

  1. Preheat oven to 350, and put parchment paper on a baking pan.
  2. Unwrap all your Jolly Ranchers separating them into colour. Lay them on the pan in sections by colour.

3. Place pan in oven for 10 minutes watch closely to make sure your candy does not burn and wait till it bubbles alittle.

4. Once it starts bubbling take the pan out of the oven and set aside to cool.

5.Once your candy has completely cooled and hardened, break it with your hands into smaller chunks of candy creating the broken glass affect. You will use this later on to put on top of your cupcakes set aside till later.

How to make the vanilla cupcakes:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350. Add all your dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl: 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder, 2 1/2 cup Flour, 2 cup sugar, and 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt.

2. After mixing together all your dry ingredients you want to whisk in your 2 Cup Milk, 2 Large Eggs, 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract and 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix Throughly.

3. Prepare your cupcake pans by putting cupcake liners in each spot of your cupcake tin.

4. Fill each cupcake Tin half way full till you have run out of batter.

5. Pop into the over for 15-25 minutes watch closely to make sure they do not burn. Wait till they are nice and puffy before taking out.

6. Once they are done take them out and set them to cool on cooling racks. You want to make sure they are cooled down before putting your icing on them. Well they are cooling move on to making the icing.

Cream cheese Icing instructions:

  1. Add 2 cups cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
  2. Than add your 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract. Turn your mixer on medium to slow speed and mix this together.
  3. Add your 1/4 a cup salted butter.
  4. Slowly start adding your powder sugar in well mixing on low speed once you start to get more of an icing texture turn the speed up alittle. You will add 2-4 cups powdered sugar depending on your amounts.
  5. Once you get to a creamy rich icing stop mixing and let it sit for a couple minute in the fridge.

Cupcake assemble instructions:

  1. Put your cream cheese icing into a frosting Bag.
  2. Grab your cupcakes and frost all of them before adding the broken glass varnish.

3. Now add your Jolly Rancher broken glass to the top of your cupcakes.

Apple Cinnamon Toaster Strudels!

Today I am going to teach you how to make these delicious (freezable) Apple Cinnamon Toaster Strudels. They are simple to make, taste amazing. Over all you can freeze them and have them for breakfast every morning by popping them in the Toaster! For the perfect tasty breakfast on the run. Below are all the steps you will need to make these toaster strudels. This recipe should make 8 toaster Strudels.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 2 Red Baking Apples
  • 2 Table Spoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Table spoons Real brick butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup Flour

Ingredients for the puff pastry dough:

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour (add an extra 1/2 Cup Of Flour as your mixing till it gets to the perfect dough.
  • 2 Sticks Of room temperature butter Chopped into Cubs
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Cold Water

Easy tasty Icing Ingredients :

  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 Cup Powder Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract

Steps to make the Puff Pastry Dough:

  1. Add two cups All Purpose Flour to a medium sized mixing bowel. Than add 1 Teaspoon Salt and mix throughly.
  2. Add your two sticks of room temperature butter chopped into Cubs, mix with a fork till butter is in small pieces combined with the flour. ( doesn’t have to be perfect just mixed enough so the butter isn’t mixed into cups anymore and it is combined with the flour alittle.
  3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour butter mixture and pour your 1 cup water gradually well mixing.
  4. Once you have added the full cup cold water to the mixture you will want to use your hands to mix in the ingredients you still want little chunks of butter to be showing through in your dough but mix so it gives it a marble affect. Add that extra 1/2 cup flour as needed till it is a perfect dough.
  5. Put in the fright for 20 minutes to set, well it is setting work on your filling.

Steps To Make The Filling:

  1. Start by washing your apples and cutting chunks of apple off away from the core. You can do this by cutting two large pieces off each side of the Apple and two small pieces off remaining. You’ll be left with two large chunks and two small chunks of apple from each apple ( no need to peal the apples)
  2. Once you have cut your chunks of apple off you will want to cut them into small slices no more than a 1/2 cm thick than chops them side to side after to creat small little cubs of Apple.
  3. When you are finish preparing your apples you will warm up a large pan on medium head.
  4. Throw in the 2 Table spoons butter and wait till melted. Once you are done that throw in your apples coating them in the melted butter.
  5. Add your 1/2 cup brown sugar to the pan, mix consistently till melted. You want the brown sugar to completely coat your apples.
  6. Add your 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon. Mix consistently.
  7. Add your pinch of salt and your 1/2 cup Flour. Mix in till everything is combined.
  8. Add your 2 teaspoons lemon juice to the mixture and make sure everything is evenly covered, continue to stir.
  9. Once you have added the mixture in and the apples have been cooking on medium heat for five minutes add in one more tablespoon of butter, stir in till it is completely mixed and covered everything evenly.
  10. Turn down the heat to 4 or low heat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and take off heat to let cool on the side.

Easy Tasty Icing Instructions:

  1. In a small pan melt your cream cheese on medium heat till it is a creamy consistency. Once it is a creamy consistency put it in a bowel.
  2. Than add the 1 tablespoon vanilla Extract mix throughly.
  3. Add in your 1 1/4 a cup powdered sugar gradually well mixing in till all of it is mixed in and set aside covered.

Instructions to make the Apple Cinnamon Toaster Strudels:

  1. Preheat oven to 375, line your pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat 1 full egg in a bowel for coat the edges of your pastry and top of the pastry later on.
  3. Take you pastry dough out of the fridge and roll out on a lightly floured surface, into a thin 1/2 cm think dough. You don’t want it to thin but you don’t want it to thick.
  4. Once you have done that cut off the extra edges around your perimeter of your dough to make a rectangle shape.
  5. Cut down the centre of your rectangle
  6. Than cut side to side onto 4 even sections , which should give you 8 equal rectangle.
  7. Transfer 4 of these rectangles to your parchment paper. Lightly Line the edges with your egg mixture and add your filling roughly 1-2 Table spoons filling per pastry you can add more or less if you would like but make sure they are full.
  8. Once you have lined your pastry with the egg mixture and added the filling you will than take your remaining 4 rectangles and put them on top of each of your 4 filled rectangles. You will take a fork and press down on all the edges with the fork to seal them. Not only does it seal them great it creates a beautiful edge.
  9. Once you are done sealing all your toaster strudels, you will brush the top of each one of them with the egg mixture. Than take a knife and cut 2-4 small lines across the top just to let them breath when cooking and puff up nice do not make these small lines to big and it helps to cut them diagonally.
  10. Repeat these steps for the remainder of the dough and filling. Once your have completed making all 8 toaster strudels you can throw them in the oven to make for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown on top. Watch to make sure you do not burn them.
  11. Once they are baked set aside to cool for 5 minutes before adding your icing onto the ones you are going to eat. I do not suggest adding the icing on if your are not going to eat them right away.
  12. When going to freeze toss your extra icing into an easy access bag and freeze. Put your toaster strudels in a freezer bag so they stay seal and fresh. Heat up in a toaster when ready to eat and take out your icing a head of time to apply it or I usually just put cream cheese on mine in the morning it is delicious.

Delicious Greek Salad Recipe.

This amazing and easy Greek salad recipe is sure to be a hit amongst your family from its colourful looks to its delicious taste no one will be complaining. This quick and easy Greek salad recipe is one of my favourites. I make it as often as possible, because the bowel is always left empty at the end of the night. Below are the ingredients and instructions on how to make this wonderful Greek salad.


  • 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot.
  • 1/2 Cup Purple Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 2 Cups Chopped Romanian Lettuce
  • 6-8 chopped round olives of your choice.
  • 1/3 a Cup Chopped Red Onion.
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
  • Feta cheese
  • Lemon
  • Greek Salad Dressing


  1. First thing you should do is get out a large bowel for your salad to be tossed in. Get out your knifes, cutting board, the grater, and all your supplies, make sure you wash your vegetables.
  2. Once you have everything prepped and ready to go. We will start with grading up the 1/2 cup carrot. Once you have grated 1/2 cup carrot and added it into the bowel you can move on to chopping up your red onion.
  3. Chop your red onion into small pieces, you don’t want them to big or they will over power every bite you take. Add that to the bowel and give your first section of your salad a stir we do this to help the flavours mix and set better in the salad.
  4. Chop up you 1/2 cup Purple Cabbage. Finely chop it leaving it in longer pieces like your grated carrot but thin sliced. Add this to the bowel when done and mix again let the salad sit off to the side.
  5. Chop up your olives, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, add them to the bowel at the same time to let the flavours have time to sit well together.
  6. Than chop up your Romanian lettuce and add into the bowel. Toss this salad for a couple minutes making sure everything is mixed together well. Cover it and set in fridge to let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Well this is sitting in the fridge we will get out our feta, cut up some fresh lemon slices to be juiced on top later and your Greek dressing.
  8. Take out your salad and add the feta cheese. Toss your salad well after doing this and if your not ready to serve the salad yet. Cover it up and set in the fridge for now, till you are ready to serve it.
  9. Once you are ready to serve your delicious salad you will squeeze 4 lemon wedges above the salad all over, than add as much Greek salad dressing as desired and toss your salad. Than it is ready to serve! Enjoy!

Best Garlic Bread Recipe Ever!

The best garlic bread recipe is easy to make and awesome to serve at any supper. This Garlic bread recipe taste a lot like restaurant garlic bread. It is my own recipe and can make up to 3 small loafs and 8 bread sticks Or just bread sticks roughly 20+. Below are the simple steps to make the best garlic bread ever that will be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients for the dough: 

  • 4 Tablespoons of soften butter.
  • 2 Tablespoons of salt
  • 4 Cups flour
  • 1 Packet of active dry yest.
  • 1-2 Cups of water but add slowly and need in. ( might need more than two cups)
  • 2 Table spoons sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic.

Ingredients for the topping glaze:

  • 4 Tablespoons butter.
  • 2-3 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian spice.


  1. Mix 1 cup warm water with the dry active yeast in a Small Bowel, let sit for 5 minutes till it is foamy.
  2. Grab a Large mixing bowel, add the 4 cups flour, 2 Table spoons salt, 1 Teaspoon garlic powder and 2 Table spoons sugar. Mix all dry ingredients together than add the softened butter and mix thoroughly. You will notice the butter just kinda clumps that’s okay. You just want it mixed in the best you can till you add your wet ingredients.
  3. Add the water yeast mixture into the bowel slowly well mixing together. Add more water as needed till a dough is formed but make sure you are mixing it throughly with your hands. I always add a little butter onto my hands to help it from sticking.
  4. You want your dough to be just a little sticky. But not so much that it’s sticking to your hands. Once your dough is done set it off to the side to rise for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Well your dough is rising get your cooking pans ready. I use 2 cooking pans with parchment paper on them.
  6. Than in a small pot, I melt 4 tablespoons butter. Than add in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning. This will make a great base you will brush on half way through cooking.
  7. Once your dough is done setting grab a mediums sized chuck off the dough ball. About the size of a small loaf of bread. Remember the bread will rise in the oven. Make 3 small loafs. (If your making bread sticks just roll out think stretched out rolls of dough into your pan make sure they aren’t to big. Make them into bread stick shapes and lengths.
  8. Once you are done making your 3 small loafs make the remainder into bread sticks. Take the glaze you made and brush it onto your bread before popping in the oven. Do the same with the bread sticks.
  9. Bake your small loafs at 400 degrees, for 15-25 minutes watch closely to make sure they do not burn. You will want to brush on that butter topping half ways through and let them cook for the remaining minutes. Your bread sticks will need half the time to cook compared to the bread. Anywhere from 10-15 minutes.
